Good Morning Lovelies! For all of us up in the Northeast it's been so so so so so COLD! We're expecting some snowfall tonight, so if you're in the area please stay warm and be safe. Now on to today's post, which features the brand spanking new Archie Girls Collection from MAC due to appear online on January 30th!!! I saw this the other day and I have to say I'm beyond excited!!! MAC always does such a nice job with their themed collections, and I mean come on who doesn't LOVE a good theme?! This collection features products designed to show the personalities of both Betty and Veronica. The packaging is off the charts adorable with Betty and Veronica's faces being featured on their own individual products; the packaging is white with red trim, which I think keeps in theme with the whole 50's vintage feel. For today I only have sneak peek pictures b/c unfortunately I was not one of the lucky few that were given the products early, so you'll have to bear with me on that.
Up first we have the offerings for Betty. These play right into the girl next door feel that Betty has always portrayed in the comics and I have to say I really love this collection b/c it's great for everyday wear, BUT you can vamp up the soft colors (in the eye palette) with some black felt eyeliner or use them as highlights for smoky looks.
Next we have the offering for Veronica, which I have to say play right into her wheelhouse with the dark, vampy colors. These are sexy all the way and should definitely be used for night looks.
There are also a few accessories being offered: a brush set, mirror, key-chain/pouch, makeup pouch/pencil case, and tote bag. These are super cute and I think the brush set and makeup pouch will have to be added to my collection.
All in all this collection is super cute and I think the pigments and the blushes are the most unique and definitely worth picking up when this collection debuts on January 30th. Please enjoy!
